School Policy

English Only Policy
Our students understand that the fastest way to learn a language is to use that language as much as possible. Our English Only policy was created specifically to give students what they want: the chance to improve quickly. This policy extends to: classes, classrooms, the Learning Centre, the Computer Room and the Student Lounge. It does not extend to: bathrooms, any areas outside the school (ie. elevator, halls of building, etc..)

Dispute Resolution Policy
Should a student wish to dispute a decision made by a teacher or staff member, or register a complaint, they may do so in writing. Please note the following:

  1. All disputes will be accepted by the Centre Manager or President of Eurocentres Canada in writing only.
  2. All disputes will be dealt with within 14 days of reception.
